We frequently order from JJ's for meetings and very seldom have an issue. Our order was missing the soda today and when I called, the gentleman was extremely apologetic and delivered the drink to us right away! I mean within minutes! (the guy also had a great beard) They even offered us a free cookie for the trouble. Absolutely incredible customer service, great food, great price. Jimmy Johns 10/10 View all feedback.
