Very well run hotel on the Westside of Omaha. We stayed here while visiting relatives. We were greeted warmly every time we passed the front desk entering and leaving over our four day stay. Very nice staff. Hotel was very quiet despite being filled. Morning breakfast was always re-stocked no matter what time of the morning we went down. Unfortunately, did not meet our expectations. The room had a tub that wouldn't drain. Twice we spoke with the front desk, one of which was the GM, we were told it would be fixed, that it was fixed, and it wasn't. Still had to shower in ankle deep water. Generally old and run down. Certainly didnt meet the Hampton standards we are accustomed to. View all feedback.
