Very well run hotel on the Westside of Omaha. We stayed here while visiting relatives. We were greeted warmly every time we passed the front desk entering and leaving over our four day stay. Very nice staff. Hotel was very quiet despite being filled. Morning breakfast was always re-stocked no matter what time of the morning we went down. What Ron Reese doesn't like about Hampton Inn Omaha West-lakeside:
Unfortunately, did not meet our expectations. The room had a tub that wouldn't drain. Twice we spoke with the front desk, one of which was the GM, we were told it would be fixed, that it was fixed, and it wasn't. Still had to shower in ankle deep water. Generally old and run down. Certainly didnt meet the Hampton standards we are accustomed to. View all feedback.
Newly remodeled and updated. Good breakfast and service. Fitness center is great and pool area had some ceiling paint water damage.
The staff and location are nice. The hotel itself is one step way from being in disrepair though. Not very well maintained. My room stunk of mold… especially the bathroom. Don’t stay here if you have respiratory sensitivities. Or at all…
The room was very clean, nice fluffy pillows, clean linens, with a large T.V. to watch my sports during my stay.
The ladies who work evenings at this location are amazing. Check in was smooth and seamless. They are both very personable. I wish I could of gotten their names but that’s okay I will be back. Thank you ladies! You know who you are. Thanks for making my daughters birthday one to remember forever!!! It means the world!!
Super friendly staff. Check-in was quick and easy. Room was perfectly clean and cozy. We enjoyed the hot tub, which was working. Location was convenient and easy to get to. Beds were comfy and shower had great pressure. Also terrific breakfast spread. Milk was nice and cold. Food was delicious. Will definitely keep this in mind when passing thru Omaha again.
