The JW Marriott Grand Rapids is truly fantastic. The view of my hometown, along with the Holy Heart Church, was wonderful for someone like me who visited the old "Furniture City." The food was excellent, from breakfast to dinner, and the service throughout the hotel was top-notch! We can't imagine staying anywhere else in Grand Rapids. As Bonvoy Marriott members, we anticipated a wonderful stay at this hotel. However, we were surprised to learn that there was no room cleaning available. We were instructed to request new towels and to bring our own bedding if we needed fresh bed linens. The premium prices for services that fell short of expectations were quite disappointing.
