I have a lot of nostalgia for this restaurant because it used to be located in Racine, WI, and now there's only one in Germantown, WI, along with a few in Michigan. When I discovered there was a location in Grand Rapids, where I was staying for the weekend, I knew I had to visit. The place was extremely understaffed. Two servers greeting entrants, taking orders, taking payment and bussing tables. Needless to say service was extremely slow. I observed several people walking out without being acknowledged. Food was subpar compared to many Big Boys I have dined in. I will not return to this Big Boy. View all feedback.
