What mariagC2815MQ doesn't like about Santa Barbara Resort:
We stayed last year before the takeover of new owners and we stayed in a refurbished room which was very comfortable. This year we paid £250 more for our stay and all I can say very poor accommodation not helped by we have been here for 11 days and have not had our bed linen changed once.
