What mariagC2815MQ doesn't like about Santa Barbara Resort:
We stayed last year before the takeover of new owners and we stayed in a refurbished room which was very comfortable. This year we paid £250 more for our stay and all I can say very poor accommodation not helped by we have been here for 11 days and have not had our bed linen changed once. It's policy is for cleaning and towel changes every 3 days but would never expect a hotel to never change bed linen. The shower le... View all feedback.
