I'm not sure it was because I wasn't a local, but the service I received was very slow. It took about 10 minutes after I set myself to get a menu, then another 10 minutes for someone who takes my order. It took exactly 21 minutes until my food arrived after I had placed my order, and when my order was wrong. I sent it back and this time it came out in just 4-5 minutes.
