I have been running a business meeting there every month for over four years - without fail! The service has been slowly slipping and in the last months I would arrive to find the tables hadn't been set up, I'd have to ask them to sweep the floor or clean tables and they would often forget our bookings - to the point where I was asked to call them on the Fri before to remind them we were coming in!This last meeting I set up the tables and asked the waiter to wipe them. He was too bust so left the cloth for me to do it! Our meetinngs always run for 10 - 12 and at 11.30 the owner comes upstairs and asks us what time we are finishing - to which i replied, 12 like always. 5 min later, the waiter also comes up and tries to subtly move us on. Finally, they just bring up the group that they had apparently booked at 11.30am (a mums and bubs group) and seat them all on the floor. The group begins talking and we all have to leave as we can no longer hear.I was not told this group was booked on the Fri when I confirmed or in the morning. It seemed they felt it was within their rights to just get rid of us when it suited them. When I complained (and I did strongly) there was no apology at all. No understanding of our situation and no acknowledgement that we were extremely loyal customers who deserve to be treated respectfully. I will never, ever go back.
The coffee (Large flat white) is to die for, and food is very nice as well. There is an area out the back to eat as well, and the service (and food) are excellent.
Good coffee, food is okay, service is a bit haphazard. Nice area out back, but front part is not that nice. Just okay
This restaurant is incredible. I work nearby and this is my go-to spot. The staff is amazing, very friendly! The coffee is superb and the food is delicious and generous. I highly recommend this place.
