One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. You cant order at the counter, i was told to download the Grubhub app. I don’t want to download an app to order a breakfast sandwich.. so there’s no way to pay with cash here. After creating a Grubhub account and ordering I waited nearly thirty minutes for my food not during peak hours or anything, there was around five people waiting for food. And finally,...
