Best burger I've had in a long time. I finally made it to Hy Iu Hee Hee after hearing from friends who live in the Gig Harbor/Purdy area that they have good food. They aren't kidding! My Wagyu burger came with fries, huge, it was $15 I customized it with an egg and avocado. It was a great deal. Juicy, perfectly cooked, great bun and fries. Met with family friends for breakfast on a Saturday and had to leave due to a complete lack of service when the restaurant was only at about quarter capacity.
