What NMB likes about The Garryowen Irish Pub:
Enjoyed this pub. As soon as we sat down at the bar, we were greeted by the bartender who took our drink orders promptly. We enjoyed our first round of drinks while listening to the live music. We ordered the scotch eggs for an appetizer, which did not disappoint. We are in for Gettysburg Bike week. It was busy. Bartender treated us well and was friendly. The food was served hot. Unfortunately, that was the best thing about the food. Having had scotch eggs, Guinness stew, and fish/chips on the other side of the pond as well as in the states; this was the most disappointing. The eggs had a strong herb flavor. Too strong.
