I found a great restaurant in the center of Ghent that offers a menu with a mix of Nepalese and Indian cuisine. The momo (Nepalese dumplings) were good, but not great. Very expensive entrees for a small amount of food. Nan costs extra. They messed up our order after waiting 45 mins. I got a vegetarian dumpling, it was mushy and gross. My son got chicken korma, which was good except for the raisins. My man got the byirni chicken thali which was pretty good. I felt the prices were too high for the lack of overall flavor and service.
