The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and prompt maintenance service. However, there are complaints about the lack of communication from the property manager. Some residents had difficulty getting in touch to discuss the application process. Despite this, many residents love the quiet, clean community and praise the on-point management. The neighborhood is described as quiet, clean, and laid-back with friendly neighbors. Overall, residents have had positive experiences living there, with the property manager, Kim, receiving particular praise for going above and beyond to ensure residents are happy in their apartments.
Update His AC was fixed the next day before noon. Still no communication from the property manager but at least the issue is resolved. My son has lived here for 7 years and up until recently had no issues. He has now been without AC since June 11 and has no communication from the property manager since June 22. There is never anyone in the office. Maintenance was seen last week painting door frames not sure how that is a priority over someone’s HVAC that is included in their lease.
The place itself is gorgeous, I would love to move here but they never return calls or answer them or emails and I feel like it’s very difficult to get through to them. I really wish the communication was better because I would love to move here.
I love living here, the apartments are very nice and the neighborhood is quiet, the staff and other residents are great!
I lived in Delaware and had been applying for apartments since 2016, with no luck. Most places had at least a 4 yr waiting list. I found this listing on Rentcafe and it said the wait list was 6-9 months. My apartment was available in exactly 1 month. I love living here. The apartments are very nice. The neighborhood is quiet and kept clean. I love the property manager, Kim. She does everything she can to help you. The maintenance guy, is really nice, also.
