I've never been a fan of Mission BBQ until recently. Her wet brisket sandwich used to be dry. Only recently I wanted to have a wet brisket sandwich and it changed my mind in mission. They had just changed the surpluses over the past few months because it is completely different than before. I'm glad I gave them another chance. Not sure why my first review was not published. The most dried, quickly filled baby back ribs I ever had!!!! In all honesty, they were so bad that I threw them out. I hate to give such a bad review, but in this case it is definitely necessary.... I had ribs on other pieces in the area that were soooooooo much better and from the same company in South West Florida that were great. It's this place.
