Booked precruise room. Cruise package was great. Valet parking, transfers included. Couldn't ask for better service. Check-in was simple, our bellman was Jerome. He was very helpful. What User doesn't like about The Tremont House:
Do not use the cruise and stay package. Our stay was nice and the room was beautiful but the shuttle both directions took too long. They made us wait until we cleared customs to call, understandable. They still hadn’t sent the shuttle 10 minutes after we were outside and called (I know because I called again and they said as much). It is a long line when they finally get in it.
