The waiter initially was very helpful and very attentive, after he came to the table the third time he started to disappear for longer and longer periods to the point where we ended up waiting for a long period of time just to get additional dippers or even our check. View all feedback.

We love the melting pot but this time we were not impressed! The cheese was made way too runny (too much liquid) had to get up and look around for the waitress to be able to get more cheese to make it of the normal consistency. Took over 20 minutes to get her to come back and make it better. We asked for more dippers and that also took a while. The salads came out and took a while to get the bouillon to get our meals...
