The Rib Crib restaurant chain as a whole has always exceeded my expectations. Every BBQ restaurant chain always has a different view as to what makes quality BBQ. I like my BBQ lean with little to no fat and the meat that Rib Crib uses is outstanding. Their ribs pork are always cooked perfectly and they are tender taste great. Highly recommended.
