What PL likes about Dozier's Bbq, Meat Market, And Deer Processing:
We had a great experience at Dozier's. We had the moist brisket, pork ribs, sausage, sides of Texas caviar, and potato salad, and they were all excellent. The moist brisket was exquisite with a smoky flavor and seasoning. The ribs fall off the bones as one would expect, and the sausage was terrific. Good BBQ, but just why spend money when they make you feel unwelcome. The staff here have always been hit or miss since I started coming in 2007, and with new ownership, and the staff are friendlier when Jim is there slicing meat.
