I would not know about eating, can not be disturbed to update their own hours, they let customers update it for them. I am hungry and wasted gas to come here for nothing and since you are using tape to change your hours, it is clear that you could change them if you feel like it, so there is apparently no point to come back if you could randomly decide that you want to free the week.
