My new favorite PHO place. The name of the company is perfect for the type of food they serve. We had first the shrimp rollers, it was made fresh and so was the shrimps. Most places have prefabricated them. The Pho was superior! The broth was not too sweet and had a big beef taste. The noodles were cooked directly with a small bite.
