Wonderpho Noodles And Spring Roll

He was enthusiastic and optimistic. We're always shy about this place. We wanted to have the full experience of eating. I'm not happy. When we went to the man, we just pointed out a table for us and went away, we waited 15 minutes until someone our order and the man who was very dismissed us and rudeness. Then they brought us the wrong drinks 10 minutes later. It was obvious that we burdened them when they passed us with disregard. I'm not back to feed.

The staff was friendly and the food was good. Prices are high and I can understand, but then they add a hidden inflation fee. This is only for if you want to increase prices, do that, but don't sneak at the end.

My new favorite PHO place. The name of the company is perfect for the type of food they serve. We had first the shrimp rollers, it was made fresh and so was the shrimps. Most places have prefabricated them. The Pho was superior! The broth was not too sweet and had a big beef taste. The noodles were cooked directly with a small bite. It came with a small bowl of vegetables, but it was just the right amount of it. Over 10 out of 10.

We have ordered from here several times, the service is always very slow, but the food is quite good and it is close to home, so we gave them several chances. Tonight, my husband called for an order at 5:23, and they told him it was 35 minutes. He showed up at 6:00 and they had nothing in their system for our order, apparently the person on the phone never set it up. You told him he could wait and they would do the job immediately and give him a?Step discount? Another 20 min pass and the food is not ready, but they go to load it and offer a very 15% discount. That was over an hour since he made the order first. He said that was not enough of order and they just scared him off. We never give them our business again. Errors can happen, but the way they have handled is just bad customer service.

Been here once, then came again. it was normal, a waiter came and took our order. then randomly, we heard some yelling then the woman owner and the waiter (the son i think ? stormed out. so my family and i were like ??? uh ??? then two young ladies came up to the door and said they reserved a table, but the male owner told them they were closed and LOCKED the door. at this point we were done, and we left. i understand owning a business is hard, we own one too. but this was just unprofessional, messy, and sad. if you have problems going on, you power through when you has customers. this was unacceptable
