I really enjoy Jimmy John's! Every time I visit, the staff is entertaining and brightens my day. The sandwiches are delicious, but it's the staff that truly makes the place special. Unfortunately, some other customers can be quite disrespectful to the staff and to me, which is why I gave it 4 stars. What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
Avocado and guacamole are not the same thing. When your menu advertises avocado, I expect to see fresh avocado slices, not mushy, bland, brown guacamole. There’s a clear difference! As a manager, it’s unacceptable to dismiss a customer’s concern when they offer to return incorrect sandwiches.
