I ordered the Jade Roll, the Natto Roll, and the Sweet Roll, all of which were vegan. I enjoyed the Jade Roll more than the Natto Roll. My partner had the ginger tofu teriyaki and inquired about the vegan option since the tofu typically contains eggs in the batter. The tofu was incredibly flavorful and sweet.
