I ordered the Jade Roll, the Natto Roll, and the Sweet Roll, all of which were vegan. I enjoyed the Jade Roll more than the Natto Roll. My partner had the ginger tofu teriyaki and inquired about the vegan option since the tofu typically contains eggs in the batter. The tofu was incredibly flavorful and sweet. While the menu isn't primarily vegetarian, there are some vegetarian dishes that can be made vegan! View all feedback.

We just ordered take out from here, and the orange chicken was literally the worst thing ive ever ate. It really sucks when you work all day and cant even have a decent meal. It was very expensive as well.Food: 1/5 View all feedback.
This place is absolutely amazing! The bento box deserves a perfect 11/10. The prices are fantastic, and the service is excellent. The only suggestion I have is for a little redecorating, but if you're looking for incredible food, this is the spot!
This is an outstanding sushi restaurant in Fort Collins. I've thoroughly enjoyed the fresh seafood featured in their sushi dishes. Additionally, there is a wonderful selection of sushi available.
The sushi is decent, potentially good, but not worth the lengthy wait. While the owners are friendly, the other servers and staff seem a bit grumpy. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.
Mt. Fuji is truly outstanding, offering excellent service, a wonderful atmosphere, and, of course, delicious food. I have been visiting for many years, and it has never let me down.
It's difficult to find a better value for lunch specials anywhere in town. The food consistently exceeds expectations! Definitely give it a try!
