My double cheese Krystal with mayo was served ice cold. I submitted a complaint online, but no one has contacted me. This shows a clear lack of concern from the company regarding the quality of the food they serve and the money their customers have worked hard to earn.
This restaurant has consistently offered poor service. Today, I had to wait a long time for my cake. One of the staff members complained about being the only one working and expressed frustration about how long my order would take. I acknowledged the situation—I had ordered 24 Krystals—and was ready to wait. However, my understanding didn’t seem to be the response he wanted. He rudely brushed past me. When I tried to place the rest of my order (fries and drinks for four), he yelled at me again. I attempted to express my empathy for his stress, but he interrupted me, saying, “Hello, this place must be closed.” Unfortunately, this kind of experience has been common since 2019.
I pondered whether I should say anything, but after removing a pound of onions from my burger, I felt compelled to share. You can draw your own conclusions. The fries appeared and tasted as though they were left over from the day before, so I ended up throwing them away. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had at a Krystal!
I didn't dine inside, so I can't comment on the atmosphere. However, our server was exceptional! It's rare to experience such great customer service at a fast food place, but this young woman truly stood out. I only wish I had gotten her name! Additionally, the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The next time I visit a Krystal, I’ll definitely return to this location!
The service was quick, and the staff were wonderful! I ordered the #5, but the chili cheese fries were overly salty—really too salty—which detracted from my meal since I had been excited to try them. Still, the employees did a great job overall!
