I ordered cookies to be delivered—it’s pouring rain and my cookie box was left on the bench outside in the rain. They did not ring the doorbell, I had no idea they had even arrived! I called the store MULTIPLE times to talk to someone. Nobody answered after 5 minutes the first call and 6 minutes the second call. I am furious. Never again will I order from this place. Love that they have different flavors every week and bring back the best ones from time to time...
It’s nice and cold when you enter, it’s easy to pay and you get your cookie immediately.
I have nothing bad to say. I've always had a great experience and the cookies are wonderful.
