I said at the arrival that bj does not accept the reservations. they simply put open table diners on a list to get them faster than others that just walk in. a 30-45-minute waiting period over the confirmed 6:30 time was expected from our party. we quickly tried to find an alternative place to eat. within 5 minutes they had found us an available table. it was a nice service recovery, but maybe they shouldn't be open... The food was bland and served cold. None of us had a good experience, especially since it was our first visit. It seemed like there weren’t enough staff to help. I even had to follow someone just to get a refill. We won't be going back. View all feedback.
