Since most Chipotle locations have a similar taste, I typically evaluate them based on their portion sizes. The one I visited this time served us generous burritos and bowls, and we were definitely full afterwards! We placed our order through the app, and it was ready right on time as promised. I dined at this restaurant on Saturday at 9:00. Before the person behind the counter even spoke to me, I noticed that a piece of meat had fallen into the Sofritas, which is my usual order. I brought it to the server's attention, but she did not seem very careful when trying to remove it and simply mixed it in. I suggested that she replace the whole container, as it could upset many vegetarians, but she said she would do so later and I don't think she actually did or had a new one prepared. I ended up ordering a veggie burrito, and the server was kind enough to get me some fresh guacamole without cheese from the back. However, Chipotle needs to address their contamination issues before I consider returning. Additionally, the bathroom floor was wet without any warning signs. There was a mop, bucket, and squeegee in there, but it seemed like someone had started cleaning and forgot to finish. Overall, it was not a very pleasant experience.

Tonight at this location, there was a contamination issue as I found meat in my beans! Fortunately, I was eating a burrito bowl and caught it before it was wrapped in a burrito.
The whole store is just nasty. Food leftovers on the tables, dinning floors. The kitchen floor is covered with foot stuff. The employees dumped my rice chicken and beans, salad and tomato?s like garbage in my bowl. I should have just left the store but Iwas shocked and needed time to process. When I got home I just dumped the food. It?s just unbelievable that anyone just go there.
This restaurant is truly disappointing! To the owner and management: you should be embarrassed for allowing such careless individuals to work here. It’s unacceptable, especially with young children present, to be subjected to such inappropriate and offensive surroundings while trying to order food. The music was the most offensive I've ever encountered, and I will not expose myself or my children to such unacceptable content. Is this the atmosphere you support? I will never return, and I will make sure to share my experience with others. Shame on you! Additionally, the food appeared unclean and unappetizing, which made me very worried about the possibility of getting sick. The place was unclean to the point where I had to use hand sanitizer on napkins just to wipe down my table before eating. What a shame!
