I have been a fan of this restaurant for years, but I am disappointed by the amount of disposable trash generated every time I dine here. I urge the establishment to switch back to using real plates and silverware instead of single-use items. It seems like some businesses are using COVID as an excuse to rely on disposable items, when a dishwasher can effectively sanitize and has a longer lifespan. View all feedback.
