Love this food truck! Living in Fishers, we encounter them fairly often- farmers market, Nickel Plate Amphitheater concert, and at Ruoff. I've personally had the brisket breakfast sandwich- definitely a fork and knife type of sandwich but so delicious- and the tatchos.
