My complaint would be about this restaurant in particular and not the company as a whole. Walked in and the place was a ghost town. No employees or customers anywhere. I went to the bar as I was ordering something for carryout. I sat there for a few minutes while watching an employee or two peek out from the back of the house kitchen area, look at me then go back to what they were doing. Behind the bar area was another server, playing on their phone and blissfully unaware there was a customer. Not like that mattered because when he saw me he completely ignored me and went back to sipping on his soda and playing on his phone. After this, and what seemed to be more than enough time to be considered patient, I decided screw it and called the store phone from the bar. The guy that was playing on his phone gets up, I'm thinking he is going to come out for the phone. Nope! He goes to a table and grabs a couple glasses and heads back to what he was doing. Again, ignoring the phone and me. Finally a lady comes out, rushing towards the phone and at last someone acknowledges my presence. I tell her that it's me calling the phone because I figured that would get someone out there. She said she was in the rest room. No problem, I tell her the other people saw me and didn't say a damn thing. I don't blame the woman behind the bar, when you gotta go, you gotta go. Everyone else though, I do blame. More than likely though this comes down to poor management as they apparently do not enforce making the customers a priority. Another person came in who was obviously a regular. He got great service!
Waited at the door for 4 minutes before a server saw us. Salad bar plates were filthy. Melted cheese all over a few in the middle of the stack. The rest were wet and questionably clean. The potato salad and cucumber salad were literally frozen. The spinach tasted old. To be expected when so spinach leaves are literally rotten. Last straw was a black hair in the cheese on the cheese burger. First and last visit to this location.
Had a great time Sunday! We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Our waiter Shawn, was awesome!!! He was so nice very knowledgeable about the food on the menu. You are an excellent worker Shawn!!!! The food was delicious? When in town again, we definitely will be back.
The overall experience was disappointing. The salad dressings were mixed with the food, leading to cross-contamination. There were four of us, and each dish arrived separately, allowing us to finish before the next dish came out. The quality of the food was terrible; one taco was even burnt and they tried to cover it up with parmesan. Seriously, do yourself a favor and dine somewhere else.
The staff appeared to be out of sorts during my visit. I was served the wrong steak dish, and the noodles were bland, lacking any flavor or sauce. Whenever I asked a question, the employees seemed confused. Clearly, there are areas that need improvement. The salad was decent, so I’ll give the restaurant a star for that. The potato was average in taste, which is a plus. However, the soup was served cold, indicating a need for more skilled chefs.
