Upon our arrival, the pub was very quiet but extremely welcoming. The food was outstanding for the price, and we had the pleasure of meeting some locals who made our evening memorable. It may not be the liveliest pub, but the landlady, landlord, and staff went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic night and would highly recommend the food. Went for a family meal here last night really disappointed the steak was over priced and then the chips was fat and frothy in side the stir fry was not good no mention it being spicy the short rib we had better home made at Christmas the prices was shocking for the quality of food would not recommend the restaurant but would recommend the butchers won’t be going back in a hurry.
