We were at Carrabba's in Fayetteville, NY celebrating a friends birthday. it was fabulous the appetizers (Capri salad, shrimp scampi wings) were the best. The staff was very friendly and attentive. While we were eating, our waitress came by to check if we needed anything else, but before I could request a drink refill, she quickly walked away. Later, she returned to present us with the check, and we ended up waiting half an hour for her to come back and process our payment. Overall, we left feeling disappointed and won't be returning.
