The chicken was dry; I ordered a thigh and leg but ended up with two overcooked drumsticks that were also dry. I don't visit often, but when I have a craving, I'm often told they’re out of chicken or that it’s overcooked. View all feedback.
The parking lot is difficult to access and quite dirty. Prices are higher than expected, and the staff are not very friendly.
The chicken I received was far from crispy, and the macaroni and cheese was served cold. KFC really needs to improve.
The staff stole my money. I handed them $20, and my change was supposed to be $5.86, but they only gave me 86 cents and claimed they had given me the $5, which they clearly didn’t. The employees were very rude and disrespectful. I believe the manager should hold a team meeting or consider terminating some staff because this behavior is completely unacceptable.

I ordered KFC through Uber Eats and was informed they had been out of chicken since 7pm. How can a restaurant run out of the very item they’re famous for? Additionally, one of the female managers on the evening shift on July 26th was very rude. Whoever is responsible for hiring at this location should seriously reconsider the staff they employ.
