During our visit to Fairbanks, we discovered a unique drive-thru Thai restaurant that we were eager to try. I must say, it was delicious! My wife ordered Pad Lard Na, and I went for Pad Kra Pao—both were excellent! The food was comparable to what we've found in major cities or even during our travels in Thailand. One of the worst pad Thai I have ever had. Flavor was mediocre. Some of the chicken had gone off, and there were no veggies (no green onions even. after the second chunk of bad chicken that I had to spit out..... I was done.
