Feedback
Visitors to a local restaurant report a variety of dining experiences, ranging from disappointing dishes to surprisingly pleasant service. While some patrons criticize undercooked burgers and tasteless nachos, others commend the friendly staff and cozy ambiance. The restaurant's busy pace, especially during peak times like the Christmas market, garnered mixed reactions; although service can be efficient, long waits for food are a downside. Some diners appreciate the diverse menu accommodating dietary needs, while others find prices steep. Overall, while the food may not consistently hit the mark, the vibe and service keep customers coming back.
The burger I ordered via UberEats arrived without the fried onions ordered and paid for. The bun was very soggy. The ‘salad’ content was beyond wilted and had combined with the small amount of cheese into an unappetising mush. The bacon was undercooked and chewy, the actual burger lacked flavour and had been cooking for so long it fell apart into granular pieces. Very disappointing. The only good part was the Uber delivery.
Called in for lunch whilst sales shopping. Not visited one of this chain before and was unsure what to expect, especially as I am gluten intolerant. We were seated upstairs very quickly and found almost all of the menu was available gluten free including the Dirty Fries. We both chose the lunch meal deal of burger, fries and drink for £9.95. My order for gluten free was taken without any fuss. My chicken burger was very tasty and reasonable quality for the price. Gluten free bun provided was a good texture. There was a bit of a wait for the food to be served, but it was Friday peak lunchtime and busy in the city with many other shoppers.
Tasteless food, chips so overcooked they were hollow inside, ordered nachos with chilli, the chilli was the consistency of gravy, with absolutely no flavour, certainly no chilli, sent the food back and refused the offer of another meal, the staff were nice though
I absolutely love the burgers here! I completely ignore my diet every time my partner suggests coming here. This is the only place I indulge in my favorite comfort food. There's just one thing that outshines this restaurant...
