we went to giraffe today in exeter to the late breakfast. we were warmly welcomed and sitting. our food came quickly to our table and it was delicious hot and delicious! although there are many restrictions due to covid, there was still a welcoming...and warm relaxed atmosphere. we were served by two young people who were so helpful and polite. we would definitely recommend everyone. well made giraffe for a great rel... Today I ordered an breakfast from giraffe and I was sad to learn that an article was missing. I decided to call giraffe because deliveroo customer service is so müll and I spoke with paul (I think I'm sorry müll with names), which went out. his kind, deliveroo for me to call and arrange a driver to get the missing product while informed me about it. I just wanted to say that this was an amazing service because he didn't really have to. also the breakfast was super delicious! many thanks!
Very disappointing food and drink. Food very fatty and tasteless. The cheesy garlic flatbread and Japanese chicken were awful. All ypu could taste was fat. Neither fresh nor properly cooked. The mocktails were out of a bottle and not made fresh. Very poor value. Expensive.
Stopped here this afternoon for a bite to eat. Had the Lamb Tagine and my wife had the Rodeo Chicken. Lovely food. The customer service was second to none! Really nice to see! We will be recommending and returning!
Called in here whilst shopping in Exeter, back in Feb....sat outside as weather nice.....unfortunately my order for a slice of cake was forgotten, on...
We had a wonderful time at the restaurant, and I'm glad we chose to go when we did because it quickly filled up. My only concern was the automatic 10% service fee they added to the bill. I always tip, but I prefer to do it on my own.
