The dressing was very limited and didn'... read more We ordered a southwest chicken salad, but it arrived without the jalapeño coins, black beans, tortilla strips, and lime. The dressing was very limited and didn't come on the side as promised. We also got a teriyaki chicken sandwich that had bacon but was missing the Swiss cheese. To top it off, the delivery was half an hour late, so the food was cold.

The food was decent, but the service was quite poor. We didn’t receive the endless fries, and we also weren't given any silverware. When I asked the waitress for a knife to cut our burgers, she told me, “We might be out of clean knives, but I’ll go check.” This was at 8 PM, which I found to be quite surprising for a restaurant. The place was only about a quarter full, and while the chefs were working hard, the rest of the staff seemed to be lacking. This used to be my favorite restaurant, but it seems to have declined.

I also r... read more I visited the restaurant on my birthday and had to ask for the staff to sing "Happy Birthday" to me, even though they were aware it was my special day. I also requested two modifications for two of my family members' meals, but neither request was fulfilled. The food was just okay; the fries were disappointing, and one meal came with unexpected melted cheese on the fries. It was quite strange.

After about forty minutes I was informed not by the manager that they weren't going to be able to seat me tonight at all. They close in the 3 hours. Very disappointed as it was my daughter date night.
