What Turista-Inglesa doesn't like about Mencey:
When I've been in the past, the food was fine, the service pleasant, but nothing to make it stand out, for me, from other bars and restaurants nearby. But an update August 2020: waiter grumpy, the gazpacho watery and tasteless, and the calamares fritos so tough I actually couldn't eat them, I left more than half. Shall not visit again.
