I really appreciate the manager Carlos. I accidently ordered online at this restaurant instead of Santa Fe. Carlos went out of his way to call me and make sure to tell me that he was going to refund my card even though the food was already prepared and it was my fault for ordering at the wrong Chili's. The hostess was quite rude. I have hearing difficulties, and when I asked her to repeat herself, she rolled her eyes at me. She informed me that there would be a wait of 30 to 45 minutes, even though I was just there for a quick meal. I inquired if I could at least sit at the bar, to which she replied, “I guess, but you’ll still have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for food.” I’ll provide more updates once I receive my meal...
