I stopped by this restaurant on Thursday night at 7:30 pm for a quick dinner on my way to Houston. Despite being busy, they were efficient in seating the four people ahead of me in the dining room. The service at this whataburger is absolutely horrible. It took at least 2 minutes till the kids behind the counter stopped chatting and playing on their phones and I was able to place an order. It took another 20 minutes to get my food and to top itoff the fries were soggy.
