The food was terrible. The toast was moldy, and the dishes were served cold. The coffee was lukewarm and not even a full cup! A tall young man working at the hatch wasn’t wearing a hairnet, which is not acceptable. I overheard a woman without a uniform telling staff to serve the food regardless, which I assume was the manager. The hygiene was appalling, and the food was disgusting.
