Pizza Hut - Elgin

What User likes about Pizza Hut:
The restaurant is usually great, but my last two orders were terrible. They should take a look at the pictures and judge for themselves! I expected extra sauce and double cheese, but there was hardly any sauce, and the cheese was only in the center. I even spoke to an employee who always seems to have a complaint, and his attitude was rude and unprofessional. It’s especially disappointing considering their $20 pizza.... View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My pizza arrived cold, and they made a mistake with my order. I'm usually pretty patient, but when I spoke to the manager, she had an awful attitude. To make things worse, my daughter came home and told me she heard the manager refer to a staff member in a derogatory way. I will never return to this restaurant. View all feedback.
