The people working today were really nice, the food was so good and they actually gave us extra napkins and sauces in our bag. It's a totally different experience than other fast food restaurants. View all feedback.

You might find that they are either out of the items you want or they forget to include something in your order. If you take your food home, be prepared to microwave it, as it will likely be cold. View all feedback.
The service was excellent, and there was no extra charge for adding two onion rings to the fries. Additionally, I could request a different type of burger if I didn't like the thick one that was originally served.
The service was terrible. I waited for 15 minutes and received no service. I will never go back again.
We placed our order and received our meals after a 25-minute wait. Unfortunately, the fries we ordered as medium came out small and were not fresh. The burgers were also lukewarm. It's hard to say when, or if, we'll return. We had a similar experience about a month ago. My husband even went up to the counter after several customers who ordered after us received their meals, and they told him ours was next in line.
These guys are always on top of things here! Always friendly and respectful! Our food is always hot, fries always fresh. Des and Hoss are top notch with customer service. They see us coming and already have our drinks ready! You just can't beat that!!!
Employees were nice (I felt bad for them only two employees for the entire restaurant). My food was too salty for me we had the sausage egg biscuit
