Placed an order on their website, which didn’t mention orders had to be placed multiple weeks ahead of time. I first got a message saying it would be delivered late, then they canceled it 30 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered. Grubhub called saying it wasn’t a “specialty order” so it wasn’t ever made. I understand this protocol completely, but please, make your website clearer so people don’t expect a cake...
