Very insulted and disobeyed to be honest. Ask how much I was charged for it. I had no choice because of the time to present this was for my 21-year-old son. These beads look like they came from the doll general. The flag is glued with an office ribbon. Have this with dry markings... I don't look at a cake in which that kindness went. This is a tsunami of a disaster. I can't do that. I call things Tbey is. That's GROSS! Not even the money. I could say when he saw that he was super unimpressed, but wanted to be humble. I know my son. That sucks! I showed my facebook friends and family and good Lord. Then my two oldest children and my sisters. You can't treat people like that. Or is that your standard? This photo has made it all the way back to our family in Jamaica and the United States. Who approved that? Ah! It would be nice if Nina provided the owner with an explanation or a public answer.

Cupcakes were disappointing! Frosting was good, but the cupcakes were very dry. Surely not worth $60. It was embarrassing to serve for a special birthday party. Will never buy again.

I'm less impressed than customer service. I had said that the cake tasting was free, so we did that since we were originally super enthusiastic about going through buttercream. We had chosen a few flavors, but knew there was more because we got the traditional flavors and were not even asked what we wanted to try. So we wanted to try a few others. The owner agreed and said that we wanted to try a few more (which, by the way, were less flavors and so smaller pieces), we had to submit a deposit of $150, which should go to our final costs. As we were excited about the original decisions and the new flavors, we decided what we wanted to do. However, covid changed the restrictions to the number of guests we can have so that we try to contact several occasions and different ways, but it will not return any of our messages.

We heard nothing but raving compliments from our guests about our wedding cake, on everything from its design to taste. It looked so elegant and was absolutely delicious. Anna and the staff at Buttercream were very accommodating with our tasting, design, and delivery.
