I returned to Subway today for a roast beef sub. Peter was all alone. The place was so busy. I was in line. Peter kept his cool through it all. I loved how this One man show put clean gloves on while making sandwiches. He took off the gloves ringing out customers. Then he reapplied fresh gloves and so on. He amazed me!!
