This is our 5th time staying here and as usual we had a lovely room and great food at breakfast and in the evening. Our only problem over the last 2 visits is that residents are made to feel less important than people in for a private function. As residents of the island, we've enjoyed several visits in the past, including the New Year's Eve ball, afternoon tea, and an overnight stay with dinner and breakfast. Those experiences were always top-notch, but this time was unfortunately very different.
