Absolutely excellent! Deep dish garlic chicken with added fresh tomatoes and artichokes. Generous amount of chicken and other toppings, that?s how I like it! We?ll be back ??
Ordered a personal size cheese pizza and a cup of water for my child. Excellent fast service, great pizza and they even brought me a cup of water too! We sat outside under the covered patio at one of their patio tables. I would definitely recommend. Where can you get a fresh baked kids meal and dine outdoors for under $7.
My first experience ordering from this restaurant was wonderful, but my second visit fell short of expectations. I contacted the manager, Ryan, and he ensured that I received excellent service. The pizza is outstanding, but on this occasion, it just didn’t have the same appeal. Nevertheless, I will certainly return. I'm not quite sure how to respond to your message, but I appreciate you getting back to me. I prefer my pizza uncut, as that’s the essence of a true Chicago-style pizza; slicing it diminishes the experience for me. I don't like to waste food, so I decided not to ask them to remake it.
They forgot one of my pizzas and told me it would take an extra 20 minutes to make. I pointed out that the rest of my order would get cold, but they suggested that I take it home and come back for the pizza. I found this suggestion somewhat unreasonable. They insisted this was the best solution they could offer. As someone who operates a customer-facing business, I would have taken responsibility for the error and replaced the entire order. Unfortunately, I'm now left with a negative impression as a loyal customer.
